Product Support

Here at Safety at Sea we see each one of our licences as a partnership and we focus on ensuring our software delivers value to your business as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Software support

Safety at Sea provides software support for all its products. This is designed to give you peace of mind that issues are investigated and either fixed or successful workarounds are found so that you can focus your business on value-adding activities. Support is via email or telephone, from 9am to 5pm on UK working days.

Training

Safety at Sea provides training to your team members and/or crew in order to speed up the learning curve and ensure that your business can become effective at using our software products. A typical introductory training course is three days long and is a mixture of presentations and worked examples so that new users can understand the theory as well as put that theory into practice with specifically designed scenarios.

Expert support

Our in-house experts are on hand to support your project. Safety at Sea is able to provide project start-up support: to advise on the efficient process of using our software and to ensure that you can get started very quickly and efficiently. We can extend that support to include bespoke developments to fit our software into your design processes, to create bespoke tools to import data from other software or to help you in using our more generic import tools.
